    08 May, 2025

    Special breakfast concert

A special day at HOHNER Musikinstrumente: The well-known musician Erwin Aschenwald from Zillertal visited the traditional company together with his two sons Michael and Erwin Jr. from Mayrhofner. The occasion was not only a friendly exchange, but also a musical highlight that put the staff in a cheerful mood.

During the break, the three musicians provided an atmospheric concert for the HOHNER employees. HOHNER service employee Ralf Tritschler accompanied the three on his accordion.
Erwin Aschenwald has been playing the accordion for over 60 years and is a passionate HOHNER fan. Together they performed their popular Oktoberfest hit ‘Hallo Du kleine Maus’ and the well-known melody ‘Schei-wi-dei-wi-du’, which everyone in the audience sang along to enthusiastically.

At the end, Erwin presented a portrait with his autograph and handwritten, personal words of thanks to HOHNER.

After the musical interlude, there was an exclusive tour of the HOHNER production facility, during which the visitors were given an insight into the craftsmanship and modern production of the high-quality musical instruments.

The visit by Erwin Aschenwald and his sons emphasises the close connection between the Zillertal musicians and the traditional HOHNER company. It was an unforgettable day full of music, fellowship and inspiration for everyone involved.

HOHNER is looking forward to further musical encounters and wishes Erwin Aschenwald and his sons continued success and joy on their musical paths!
