The Slavko Avsenik Signature Accordion
The Avsenik Brothers Ensemble was dubbed 'The Beatles of Folk' by the German music press of the 1950s and 1960s. Their typical Oberkrainer sound, composed by Slavko Avsenik and arranged by his brother Vilko, is one of the most successful music styles in continental Europe, and known worldwide. Their famous “Trumpet Echo” is considered the most played instrumental song in the world. Together with Slavko Avsenik, we created the Morino+ IV 120 Slavko Avsenik Retro Signature accordion to honor this great accordionist, and to create a perfect accordion for Oberkrainer, polka, and waltz, for advanced and professional Oberkrainer musicians. The beautiful design is rounded off with Slavko Avsenik’s signature printed on the body.
