Born in the UK, Steve Baker moved to Hamburg with his band „Have Mercy“ in 1976. There, he soon started working with musicians such as Tony Sheridan, Truckstop, Howard Carpendale, Hannes Wader and many more. Now regarded as THE harmonica institution, Steve is active performing, giving workshops and recording. As a consultant since 1987 he is deeply involved in many HOHNER projects.
